Overview

Performance Lacrosse fields elite boys and girls high school level travel teams. We build teams that compete at the highest level of competition during the summer, fall and winter seasons. Performance Lacrosse selects student-athletes whose superior play on the field is surpassed only by their outstanding character and performance both off of the field and in the classroom. Our program is built around a year-round approach to training and conditioning, practices, tournament and league play, position-specific work, a curriculum of lacrosse educational webinars, and leadership and recruiting seminars.

Performance Lacrosse emphasizes a multi-faceted set of objectives to guide how it approaches development of its elite teams, including:

  • to provide excellent coaching and tournament/league selection that results in taking every player’s game to the next level;
  • to provide superior leadership and role models that assist in the development of a well-rounded player both on and off of the field;
  • to have an appropriate balance between individual player growth and team success;
  • to emphasize teamwork, camaraderie, sportsmanship and responsibility;
  • to promote a family-friendly atmosphere;
  • to educate our players and parents on the collegiate recruiting process, including play at all levels from D-I, II and III to clubs; and
  • to provide, through the use of webinars and seminars, an off-the-field lacrosse educational component.

Performance Lacrosse has combined a team of coaches ranging from professional lacrosse players, to former and current D-I, II and III college-level players. Our staff not only includes excellent former and current player-coaches, but these coaches all are positive role models and citizens that will assist in the development of players both on and off the field.
