YOUTH CAMPS

Performance Lacrosse-operated day and evening youth camps have a history of providing young players with the fundamentals of the game of lacrosse in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Our camp directors and staff help the beginner and intermediate player become the best performing athletes AND lacrosse players. At a Performance Lacrosse operated youth camp, we believe in ensuring that every player develops a firm grasp of lacrosse fundamentals, from the basics of catching, shooting, throwing and cradling, and then focuses on position-specific, individual skills. The addition of repetition and team scrimmages rounds out the camp day or evening. This blended approach to lacrosse creates a player with a firm grasp of the fundamentals, an understanding of position-specific skills and then brings this all together in a team setting in daily mini games where newly-learned skills can be tried.

Performance Lacrosse operated youth camps are designed to teach the basic principals of lacrosse and to improve fundamentals and are targeted to players that have no to three years of experience in the age range of 7 to 14 years old. Individual skills taught include stick work, shooting, passing and position play. The mini games include involvement of the camp coaches.

TEAM CAMPS

Performance Lacrosse also can provide your team with a camp experience.  Whether a youth elite travel team or a high school team, Performance Lacrosse can design a team-specific camp around your team's needs and requirements.  Our coaching staff has the breadth of knowledge and experience to provide a great team experience in all areas of lacrosse play, team dynamics and leadership skills.
