Performance Lacrosse's coaches have significant experience in providing both:
- Individual lessons, which allow a player to work one-on-one with a coach on position-specific skills, agility, speed, stength and footwork, and
- Group lessons, which allow 2 to 6 players to benefit from work with a coach in a small group setting, so that individual skills and 1v1, 2v2 and/or 3v3 skills can be the point of focus.
Our coaches list includes a combination of position-expert coaches (attack /midfield /defense /goaltending) ranging from professional lacrosse players, to former and current D-I, II and III college-level players, and including top-level high school players. Our multiple lacrosse skill enhancing drills used during lessons are structured by position, include functional speed and agility work, and result in an overall increase in “lacrosse IQ.” All sessions are approximately 1 hour and can be held at a mutually-agreed to location.
