Performance Lacrosse coaches are a key part of this objective and represent Performance Lacrosse to parents, players, officials, and the competition. Coaching provides a great opportunity to mold the skills and experiences of players that will stick with them for life. With the coaching role comes a great responsibility to conduct oneself with the highest ethics, sportsmanship, and respect of all those you lead.
